Who is the Etapai platform for?

Can I manage a construction or renovation budget?
Yes. Budgets, actual spending and invoices are linked to individual project stages, making it easier to see where money is being spent.
What information can I keep with a project stage?
A stage can contain tasks, deadlines, responsible people, contractors, documents, photos, invoices and related messages.
Does Etapai work for a self-build house project?
Yes. A house build can be organised into consecutive stages, from the plot and design through foundations, utilities, finishing and handover.
How much does Etapai cost?
Plans start at €1.99 per month, and you can try Etapai free for the first 14 days – no payment details required.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you have added a payment method, the subscription continues on the plan you chose. If not, nothing is charged and the workspace is paused until you add a payment method. Your data is not deleted.
How can I pay or cancel a subscription?
By payment card, charged automatically, and companies can also pay by invoice with a bank transfer. You can turn off automatic renewal in the billing settings – the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period. Paid subscriptions are currently available in European Union countries.
